Richmond O Zone Media Centre
The City of Richmond, Venue City of the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, and home of the Richmond Olympic Oval and Richmond O Zone Celebration Site, is pleased to offer visiting and regional media the services of the Richmond O Zone Media Centre during the 2010 Winter Games.

Use of public transit is encouraged. Limited parking is available at the rear of the centre, during operating hours only.
Access parking at Minoru Gate from Granville Avenue. Turn left. Media identification will be required.
Access to the centre is from the front doors of the Aquatic Centre, along the walkway to your right. (See below for alternate arrangements for broadcast vehicles.)

Services
The Media Centre will feature complimentary workspace, high-speed internet connection, printing, beverage service and toilet facilities. Staff will provide daily schedules and additional information, story ideas and contacts, and can arrange photography and b-roll, interviews and access to non-public areas.
Accreditation
Accreditation for the Richmond O Zone can be arranged for one day on site on the date of your visit. Requirements are listed below.
Holland House Accreditation
Accreditation for professional media representatives to the Holland Heineken House press centre for the period of Feb 11 – Feb 28 is closed. For periodic media interviews and reports, access Holland Heineken House through the regular entry procedure (please bring ID).
If you need to make professional use of Holland Heineken House’s media facilities or have questions, please ask for a press centre employee at the information desk situated in the main entrance of Holland House.
Richmond O Zone accreditation does not extend to Holland Heineken House. The City of Richmond does not provide accreditation to Holland Heineken House. However, media hoping to bring vehicles on site to broadcast from Holland Heineken House will need to make arrangements with the O Zone media centre (see below).
Broadcast Media
Reserved parking for broadcasters is available by contacting the media centre before arrival. Television truck parking access for live broadcasts from the site must be pre-arranged at least 24 hours in advance with the media centre. Broadcast trucks and equipment must be unbranded if located within public areas of the site. No promotional activity by broadcasters who are non-Olympic partners is permitted on site.
